Affiliate Program Terms
Last updated: October 6, 2026
These terms apply if you take part in the Common Flips affiliate program ("Program") and are in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By generating or sharing a referral link you accept them.
1. How it works
Members in good standing may receive a unique referral link or code. When a new customer follows your link, subscribes and pays, you may earn a commission on their eligible payments at the rate shown in your affiliate dashboard. Rates can differ by plan, and we may change rates, the attribution window or the Program at any time for future referrals.
2. Attribution
A referral is tracked using a referral code stored in the visitor's browser for a limited window (30 days unless stated otherwise). We decide in good faith which referral is credited. If someone clears their browser data or uses another device, the referral may not be tracked, and we are not liable for untracked referrals.
3. Eligible commissions
- Commissions are earned only on payments we actually receive and keep. They are reversed if the payment is refunded, disputed, charged back or found fraudulent.
- You may not earn commission on your own purchases or on accounts you control, or on members who are not genuinely new customers.
- Commissions may be held for a pending period and require our approval before payout.
4. Payouts
- Payouts are made by the methods enabled for the Program, which may include Stripe, Zelle or Cash App.
- A minimum payout amount may apply. Balances below it carry over.
- You are responsible for providing correct payout details. We are not liable for payments sent to details you supplied in error.
- You are responsible for all taxes on your earnings. We may require tax information, and may withhold amounts where law requires.
- You are an independent participant, not our employee, agent or partner.
5. Promotion rules
You must promote the Service honestly and lawfully. You may not:
- Make false or misleading claims, including guaranteed profits or income promises.
- Spam, send unsolicited bulk messages, or post links where it is not allowed.
- Use paid search ads on our brand name, impersonate Common Flips, or use cookie stuffing, self-referral or other manipulation.
- Share member-only content to promote your link.
Where required (for example under U.S. FTC rules), you must clearly disclose that you earn a commission when someone joins through your link.
6. Termination
We may suspend or end your participation, and withhold or cancel unpaid commissions earned through violations or fraud, at any time. You may stop participating at any time. Earned, approved and unpaid commissions will be paid unless they are subject to this section or section 3.
7. Data
We record clicks, referrals and commissions linked to your code, and your payout details, as described in the Privacy Policy.
