Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: October 6, 2026
Short version: all sales are final. Refunds are not offered as a right, but may be granted at the sole discretion of our admin team. Any refund is reduced by the payment processing fees we cannot recover. You can cancel any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
1. Cancelling
- Sign in, open your member dashboard and choose to cancel (or use the billing portal link there).
- Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues until the end of your current paid period, then your Discord roles are removed.
- You can undo a cancellation before the period ends to keep your membership active.
- Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. We cannot cancel for you through Discord messages alone, so please use the dashboard or email us from the address on your account.
2. All sales are final
As soon as you join, you receive access to our private channels, alerts, links, research and other member-only information. Once that information has been viewed it cannot be taken back, so we do not offer refunds, credits or prorated amounts for unused time, for not using the Service, for not making a profit, or for missing a product or deal.
3. Refunds at admin discretion
We may still choose to issue a refund, in whole or in part, when an administrator decides it is appropriate. Whether to refund, and how much, is decided solely by us on a case-by-case basis, and one refund does not create a right to another. Situations we will consider include:
- Duplicate or incorrect charge: you were charged twice or for the wrong amount.
- Unauthorized charge: you did not authorize the payment. Contact us first so we can investigate quickly.
- Renewal you tried to cancel in time: you cancelled before the renewal date but were still charged because of a fault on our side.
- Extended outage: the Service was substantially unavailable for a significant part of your paid period.
- Other underlying circumstances that an administrator considers reasonable.
- Where the law requires it: some regions give consumers statutory cancellation or refund rights, which this policy does not limit.
Memberships removed for breaking our Terms or community rules are not eligible for a refund.
4. Processing fees are deducted from refunds
When we approve a refund, the amount returned to you is the amount you paid minus the payment processing fees charged on that payment by our payment processor (Stripe), because those fees are not returned to us when a charge is refunded. We will tell you the exact refund amount before we send it. If the refund is for a charge made in error by us (for example a duplicate charge), we may refund the full amount at our discretion.
5. Free trials, discounts and win-back offers
If you start a free trial, you will be charged when it ends unless you cancel before then. Promotional prices apply for the period stated in the offer, after which the regular price applies unless we tell you otherwise.
6. Failed payments and grace periods
If a renewal fails, Stripe may retry the payment and we may give you a short grace period to update your card. If payment is still not received, the subscription ends and your access is removed. You can rejoin by subscribing again.
7. Paused memberships
Where we offer a pause, no charges occur during the pause and access may be suspended until it ends.
8. How to ask for a refund
Contact [email protected] from the email on your account within 14 days of the charge, with the date, amount and the reason. An administrator will review it and reply. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card issuer. We may contest disputes that we believe are invalid, and by joining you agree that access to our member-only information was delivered when you joined. We may remove your access while a dispute is open, and may refuse future memberships to anyone who files an unwarranted chargeback.
